Join us at MACoM for an evening of mindfulness from a Jewish perspective as we dive into the practice of gratitude and blessings. In Jewish tradition, one is supposed to say one hundred blessings a day. What would our lives look like if we practiced gratitude, one hundred times per day? How might life be different if we woke up every morning with the words of thanks on our lips for being alive? Join us for an exploration of gratitude in the spaces between joy and suffering. The evening will include a tour of the mikvah and discussion of its transformative rituals.
